This can be done from any smart phone, computer, or tablet with Internet access.
2. Scan your smart decal or enter the smart decal number (below the bar code)

You may have to give your phone permissions to be able to scan the bar code with the phone or tablet camera

Note that if you need to update the vehicle(s) associated with a blue permitted spot, you can do so by submitting a Blue Permit Vehicle Update Request
